•    Supervise & direct the team to carry out the day to day operations to ensure that the trade executed in accordance with Customer instructions / requirements within applicable legal provisions & prescribed time frames.
•    Continually monitoring service levels to ensure quality & timely service to the clients, including conducting audits on the existing processes and procedures to create efficiencies and improve performance.
•    To collate and analyze data on every day traded volume by each dealers to capture the unit performance and to send recommendations to management for improving service levels.

•    Daily meeting with media and press to provide my personal view of the market forecast (Albyan, Emirtes 24/7, Alroyaa Alqtesadya , Emirates Today and Etihad newspaper)

•    Managed operation department with there annually performance evaluation and set up KPIs(Key Performance Indicator) for the staff and set up also Operations Goals &Performance , Ensuring quality of staff and their job accommodates with company’s rules.
•    Responsible for all back office duties and tasks , Observe clearing bank , all operation settlement.
•    Running day by day operations business, settlement, blocking shares, BK Errors, Amendments ETC with my staff.
•    Coordinate cash management closely with finance department, to get the highest benefit of using funds, financing banks. Out going transfer, FX rate with Banks.
